The conditions governing your access to and use of CBPM Registry (cbpmregistry.com), incorporating UK prescription-only medicine regulations and platform safety standards.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CBPM Registry (accessible via cbpmregistry.com and associated APIs), creating a user profile, browsing formulary monographs, participating in community discussions, or submitting inventory telemetry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. These terms apply equally to patient visitors, registered users, GMC clinicians, and dispensing pharmacy personnel.
2. No Medical Advice & Schedule 2 POM Status
CBPM Registry is not a healthcare clinic, medical provider, or dispensing pharmacy. We do not prescribe, supply, compound, distribute, import, or sell medicinal products of any kind.
All medications listed in this directory are Schedule 2 Controlled Drugs and Prescription-Only Medicines (POM) under the UK Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001 (as amended). Under UK law, CBPMs may only be initiated by specialist doctors listed on the General Medical Council (GMC) Specialist Register.

3. Strict Non-Promotional Mandate (Regulation 280)
In compliance with Regulation 280 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, the advertising of prescription-only medicines to the public is an offence. CBPM Registry strictly enforces the following rules:
- Objective Scientific Listings Only: Formulary monographs provide objective botanical, chemical, and inventory data (e.g. cannabinoid potencies, terpene profiles, RRP prices, batch COAs).
- Prohibition of Marketing Claims: Users, clinic representatives, and pharmacy staff are strictly barred from posting promotional endorsements, discount codes, commercial sales pitches, or unsolicited medical testimonials.
- Autonomous Editorial Curation: Neither pharmaceutical producers nor dispensing pharmacies can purchase preferential ranking, sponsored product cards, or search visibility on our portal.

While CBPM Registry applies state-of-the-art telemetry synchronization, automated pharmacy crawlers, and community quorum confirmation to maintain accurate stock radar data:
- • As-Is Telemetry: All stock availability and pricing data are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. Dispensary vault stock may deplete between automated synchronization cycles.
- • Prescription Fulfilment: We accept no liability for medication delays, out-of-stock rewrite fees charged by clinics, pharmacy dispensing lead times, or courier transit disruptions.
- • Clinic Fee Changes: Private clinic pricing structures are audited periodically; however, clinics may adjust consultation or repeat fees without prior notice. Always verify directly with your chosen clinic before booking.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
